Our Story

Before Cyprus had recipes, it had hands. Hands that woke before sunrise, that knew the weight of flour without measuring, that could tell the story of a family just by the way they kneaded dough. This experience is an invitation into those hands—into a rhythm that has quietly shaped village life for centuries. In a small, warm space where time slows down, you’ll begin with the simplest of ingredients: flour, water, salt. But what you’ll create is far more than bread. You’ll learn to read the dough, to feel when it’s ready, to trust instinct over instruction—just as it has always been done. Fed with firewood and tradition, traditional wood-fire oven has baked bread for generations, bringing families and neighbors together. As the flames settle and the heat wraps around the dough, your bread transforms—crisp on the outside, soft and full of life within. This is not a class. It’s a return—to simplicity, to connection, to the quiet joy of making something real with your own hands. And when you finally break your bread, warm from the wood-fired oven, you won’t just taste Cyprus—you’ll understand it. Come as a guest, leave with the warmth of tradition.
